We believe hormones play a major role in how you feel physically, mentally, and emotionally. Our comprehensive Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) programs are designed to identify the root cause of symptoms — not just mask them — through individualized, lab-driven care focused on optimization, balance, and long-term wellness.
Our program begins with a comprehensive consultation with and an in-depth review of your health history, symptoms, goals, and laboratory testing. We utilize advanced wellness-focused lab panels to evaluate hormone balance, metabolic health, thyroid function, inflammation markers, and overall wellness to create a personalized treatment plan tailored specifically to your needs.
In-depth review of your health history, symptoms, goals, and previous laboratory testing to determine what else is needed to safely start you on a regimen. This fee includes a full Functional Medicine Interpretation of your labs, and review of the regimen recommendations.
Select labs that have been completed in the past 30-60 days may be removed. CBC; CMP; Lipid Panel; FSH; LH; Estradiol; Prolactin; DHEA; Free/Total/Bioavailable Testosterone; SHBG; Comprehensive Thyroid Panel; AM/Total Cortisol; Hemoglobin A1C; Insulin; CRP. These labs help us differentiate from other conditions and to ensure safe dosing. HSA/FSA eligible
After the labs have been received, which can take up to 5 business days, they will be reviewed and a functional report will be sent to you. The Medical Director will then review to provide HRT recommendations and dosing, as well as other recommendations.
There will be routine check-in calls (free) to check on progress, and to ensure there are no side effects. At the 3-month check in, Bobbi will work with you to schedule your quarterly lab panel to assess the effectiveness of your regimen.
Due to a possible complication of erythrocytosis, which increases the thickness of your blood, it is recommended that Testosterone patients donate WHOLE BLOOD every 8-12 weeks. Follow up labs should be drawn AFTER blood donation to prevent a pause in TRT therapy due to high hemoglobin/hematocrit levels.
Done between the 2nd and 4th week of the 3rd month. Includes a CBC; CMP; Estradiol; Free/Total/Bioavailable Testosterone; SHBG; FSH; LH; DHEA; Progesterone; Prolactin. These results will be shared with you, and the Medical Director will review for dosing adjustments. HSA/FSA eligible
