Bobbi is a dedicated critical care nurse, entrepreneur, and wellness advocate with nearly a decade of experience caring for patients across some of the most high-acuity healthcare environments. Her clinical background spans Medical-Surgical ICU, Cardiothoracic ICU, Neurosurgical ICU, and Rapid Response, where she developed a deep understanding of complex disease processes, early intervention, and the importance of timely, patient-centered care. She also played a key role in rebuilding a stroke program for a local hospital—an accomplishment that reflects both her clinical expertise and her commitment to improving patient outcomes at a systems level. She is nationally certified as a Critical Care Nurse (CCRN), a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), a Certified Wellness Coach (NASM-CWC) and a Certified Nutrition Coach (NASM-CNC) with a specialization in Weight Loss.
The inspiration behind Wellness on Demand, LLC was born during one of the most challenging times in modern healthcare—the COVID-19 pandemic. While working in the ICU and serving on the Early Nursing Intervention Team (ENIT), Bobbi witnessed a recurring pattern: patients arriving in the emergency room, receiving treatment or observation-level care, and then being sent home. She recognized a critical gap—many individuals didn’t necessarily need hospitalization, but they did need timely, supportive care to prevent worsening conditions. At the same time, evidence consistently shows that people often heal more comfortably and effectively in their own homes.
In 2021, Bobbi took her first step into entrepreneurship by becoming a business partner with Hydreight, where she gained valuable experience in mobile IV therapy and concierge wellness services. After two and a half years of growth, hands-on learning, and refining her vision, she made the bold decision in early 2025 to branch out independently. This transition allowed her to expand her offerings, elevate the level of personalized care, and build a brand rooted in autonomy, integrity, and community impact—Wellness on Demand, LLC.
Today, Bobbi provides a comprehensive range of services designed to support clients across all stages of health and wellness. These include IV infusions, IM injections, GLP-based therapies, peptide therapy, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), wellness and nutrition coaching, and certification courses through AHA and ASHI. With plans to expand into Death Doula services in early summer, her approach continues to evolve—embracing both preventative care and compassionate, full-spectrum support through every phase of life. Bobbi will also be implementing IV Major Autohemotherapy (MaH) Ozone Therapy in April 2026!
Currently, Bobbi is further advancing her education by pursuing her Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) degree. Her goal is to broaden access to care even more—eventually incorporating pediatric services and continuing to meet patients wherever they are, both physically and in their health journey. At the heart of Bobbi’s work is a simple but powerful philosophy: healthcare should be accessible, personalized, and rooted in genuine human connection. She believes in taking the time to truly understand each client’s story, goals, and needs—delivering care that goes beyond protocols and focuses on the whole person.
Outside of her professional life, Bobbi finds joy in spending time with her family, including her husband John, their four adult children, and five grandchildren. She enjoys golfing, staying active, and continuously learning—always striving to deepen her knowledge of the services she offers. She also shares a special bond with her Australian Shepherd, Dak, who she proudly considers part of the family.
Bobbi lives by the belief:
“If you are afraid of failure, you will never succeed.”
